BOOKING  terms and conditions When a reservation is agreed a deposit of 50% will be required within ten days. The remaining 50% will be payable four weeks before the arrival date: if this balance is not received within this time the apartment may be rented to another party. A deposit will be taken when the key is collected on arrival against any damage or breakage and this will be returned (in part or in full) when the apartment is checked on departure. Formalities regarding your name, address, number in party, payment arrangements and other details will be established after that stage.
